Neutral on the outside
Orders leave the warehouse in plain outer packaging without product photography or descriptive marketing copy. The carrier label contains only the information required to complete delivery.
Plan for size and weight
The product specification lists packed dimensions and gross weight where available. Review both before ordering so you can prepare a suitable delivery route and a safe place to receive the carton.
Inspect on arrival
Check the outer carton before opening and photograph any visible transit damage. Keep all packaging until you have inspected the product and confirmed that everything listed in the shipment is present.
